Race For The Cure

My Story

After battling breast cancer for over a decade, I have been in remission since 2015. I am thankful for the support of my family and friends, however this year alone there will be over 42,000 people that will not be so lucky.

My mother was forced to undergo a double mastectomy due to this horrific disease and I pray everyday that my children and grandchildren will forego the fight.

Each year my family and I participate in the Susan G. Komen Race For The Cure in Austin, TX and it serves as a reminder for those that were not as fortunate as I have been. Please donate to help us find a cure for breast cancer once and for all.
